It is my end goal to become a trauma nurse, I currently have my EMT-B, my main question really is would it be better/more time effective to go for my LPN to RN, or for my Medic to RN? As well as any schools to recommend, time needed, and cost involved? I am completing my Bachelors in Communications online currently to save funds, so really the main question is how much time/money is necessary?

We can't answer many of the questions you asked. For information more specific to you, call the schools in your area that offer nursing degrees and ask them.
