Hi everyone! I'm planning to apply in SLMC-e.rod, though I heard that they will start the hiring process this coming September.. Do you have any idea on how many exams and interviews you will undergo before they will accept you for the training? Let me share with you the requirements needed: resume, photocopy of PRC license, board rating, board rating certificate, class ranking, GWA, TOR, diploma, and 2 pcs. 2x2 pics (white background)..
hi guys!!! im from nset-hope batch 02. we just finished our 2 weeks refresher course and possible hiring date would be june 16, 2011. however, everyone knows how slmc can be unpredictable! we are 22 in the batch and sad to say not all of us will be deployed all together. some will be lined up dis comin june 16 while the rest will wait. and i dont know how long would be the waiting period again..its very frustrating and totally upsetting.
whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat??? why is it that not all of you will be deployed? i thought they said they need 75 nurses??? frustrating for us nset-hope batch 3. we havent even started training. hows that??
i do understand how you feel for your batch has not even started yet. we are just goin with the flow right now. what they promised is they will be meeting us next week. actually we have 3 days off next week monday until wednesday then come thur-fri wud be the start of ISF. but due to unexpected turn of events, not every1 will have der ISF next week, only a few. but we are still hoping that they can do something about it. will keep you posted as to what will happen next.
it doesn't appear that SLMC is really in need of nurses despite the 75 vacancies. if there would have been a "shortage", hope 2 wud hv been deployed and next batch wud hv already started their training. i wonder wats the truth in the 75 vacancies.
very good news indeed. after the very long wait you guys deserve it. i heard that they are recalling GC nurses. maybe to fill the shortage? i hope that NSET Batch 3 would also push through with their training.
The DCA said if we passed the final interview they're going to call us up or text for the physical exam and then the training proper.. It's been a month already since we had an orientation regarding the physical exam.. and they haven't called us yet..
jci-re accreditation for slmc is approaching, so probably dca will have to fill up the vacancies as to satisfy the standards set by the evaluating body. im telling you, we have vacancies indeed
However,during the time wen our batch was deployed way back 2008, we were held hanging for a littl e longer due to the pavement of jci re accreditation. then it was only after the evaluation when we felt that the process has resumed. wel, I just dont know about now
