Just had my first one with MedSurg 5D. I'm sooo nervous!

Just had my second interview with Internal Medicine. Does anyone know the next steps? From what I've been told, each unit has a different hiring process. For this unit, I was told 2 weeks.

I interviewed with the Emergency Department and the unit director told me a week. She did say that it was different per unit though. She explained the whole residency process to me and said it varies by unit

Hahaha! I think we can all empathize with you! Whenever I start to get nervous, I think back to some of the positive highlights from the interview, and that helps me remain optimistic and excited! I also am a praying woman! LOL?

I am so excited for us all! What a humble profession to be entering into.?

Does anyone know how many positions they have per unit versus how many people they interview?

I had my interview with emory on Feb 23. Im not sure when they will send out job offers. Does anyone know the time frame in which they will get back to residency candidates ?
