Does anyone know how the waitlist works? Do they go through the waitlist with the next people for interviews, with equal consideration? Or are we considered at the end, should spots exist or open up? Was there any benefit to us to have been in the first applicant group? Thanks

I honestly think they’re going to accept ppl from the next interview group and of those that decline will start going through the waitlist. So, perhaps this year there was no benefit in applying earlier.

I applied with the September group! Just waiting to hear back now.

Hi everyone! I applied for the September 1st deadline as well.

Hi all! I am interviewing in October and am super excited for this opportunity! Does anyone know how many spots are left in the cohort? Any insight to the interview process itself? ie length ect. Any tips would be appreciated ?

Interview is about an hour long. Know clinical concepts related to your speciality and other specialties. Nothing is off limits. I’m a neuro nurse and got asked extensive cardiac questions.  No idea how many spots are left.

Thanks for the advice! when you were asked about content did they ask you to provide examples/scenarios or was it asked more as what is the process for this disease, which medications and what do they do, etc

Mostly just question and answer, not many examples or scenarios. Wanted to know your textbook knowledge.

Thanks so much for your insight, I appreciate it. Did they ask and EI questions or was your experience strictly clinical?

I applied and have gotten an interview. Anybody else got an interview?

I applied and have gotten an interview. For those who have already interviewed, would you be kind enough to share with us some examples of the questions they asked? A lot of people say it was mainly clinical but I want to know some examples or if you even remember some of the questions, would you be kind enough to share ? TIA
