Hello all!!!
I'm a tele nurse with almost three years experience, and I am having a second interview with ER nurses next week. Does anyone have any advice or any ideas on what questions they may ask? Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thank you!!

I will also be having a second interview for an ED position this week. I met with HR briefly at a hospital hiring event, I interviewed with the Nurse Manager of the ED, I completed the personality survey and submitted the required 4 references. This week I will be meeting with the Educator of the ED Nurse Transition program. I hope that it will be slightly less stressful since I have gone through several steps already. Let me know how your interview went and what questions you were asked. Good luck!

I would expect scenario type questions. Ie: your patient has midsternal chest pain, the vitals are XXXXXXX, what are your priorities?
The hospital I have been interviewing with uses all behavioral type questions which is a bit stressful. For example, "Tell me about a time you had a difficult patient? What happened? What was the outcome?"
