Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock

Hi there, I am an RN just shy of 2 years of experience in med-surg. I am looking at employment in Turlock at Emanuel for med-tele. I am not very familiar with this facility, so I'm just curious what anyone knows about it? What can I expect pay-wise? How is staffing/benefits? I want to move into cardiac nursing, what can I expect in terms of gaining experience in different areas? Those sorts of things. I appreciate any answers! :)

I don't know anything about the hospital but a quick glassdoor search says per two RNs who posted their salary they were making averaged 42.57 hr base. Unfortunately, some of these could be outdated. One person posted they made 48$/hr with less than a year experience. That's likely the "new" recent rate.

Hope you find someone who can answer your post, it looks like a fairly small hospital.
