Email HR for feedback?

This was my second interview with this hospital and the HR was nice enough to give me feedback about why I was not selected last time.(Didn't talk enough) (I also didn't answer some questions well enough in my opinion)

So she gave me another chance at an interview on Monday and it did not go well. I actually thought I answered the questions much better this time, but the problem is that the clinical manager didn't seem to like from the start. Before i even spoke, I sensed it.

I kept thinking about what she told me and to talk more, but I was so angry with how the clincial manager was acting. I did not take her advice about talking more and I honestly just wanted to get up and leave. I never felt so uncomfortable in an interview or anywhere else for that matter. The vibe was terrible. Felt very unwelcomed.

I was wondering if I should email HR and ask for feedback?

and

If I should tell her about this situation with the clinical manager?

(I applied to 5 different available positions, she thought this would be best for me)

Am i hoping too much that she sees I didnt get a fair shot at this unit or is this the end for me at this hospital? I doubt she will give me a third chance.
