EL-MSN vs A-BSN to MSN

Nursing Students Post Graduate

Published

I am currently a student at University of California Santa Cruz going for my Health Sciences B.S. (and very close too! graduate in 2012). My first career interest was to be a Physician's Assistant, but I now feel there are lot more opportunities in Nursing. This is where I have encountered confusion; what is the difference between doing an Entry Level MSN program or doing an Accelerated BSN program and then getting my MSN? I want to stay in California but I'm a little concerned how I can go about applying to a MSN program with a non-nursing BS and no RN. Thanks in advance, Alden.
