El Camino New Grad Residency Fall 23

Hello, 

starting this thread for all of us who have applied for the El Camino Health fall 2023 new grad RN residency.

Thank you for starting this! Have you guys heard back from them? the only thing I've seen is that my application changed to "processing" but that happened like a week ago🫤

Of course ! No, I haven't heard anything yet. Also the posting isn't there on their website anymore so I was having trouble checking in on the status of the application.

I haven't heard anything and my app still says 'processing' too. I'm assuming it's going to take a while to hear back since they don't start until October. It seems like all of these new grad programs take about a month or two after the close of the application to start contacting people...

Oh, it doesn't start until October? I honestly couldn't even remember the start date. 

do you know if they did a webinar ?

Yeah, mid-October. I don't think they had a webinar. I could be wrong, but I followed them pretty closely and never saw anything. They did an info session for my school months ago and didn't mention anything about a webinar either.

Hello, just btw someone posted on the facebook chat that they have an interview for el camino, and that the start date is in September

Same here! I really hope they reach out to us soon or give some sort of timeline soon 😩

I am a little surprised to see that they are doing interviews so soon. From past threads on here it seemed to be later in July! Maybe it's not our unit yet 🫣.
