Hi all! Starting a thread for those who applied for the El Camino Hospital New Grad Residency Program for any updates or information. Feel free to keep everyone updated!
It'll be a 30 minute panel interview in the conference rooms with the managers of the units that will be taking new grads. The units include the Ortho unit from Los Gatos, and the Mountain View Med Surg, Oncology, and one more, I forget. Either Cardiac Tele or Stroke Tele. The interview date options I was presented with were next Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. (3/9, 3/10/, 3/13)

Interesting! I am wondering if they’re just doing one round now instead of two since the first round was supposed to be with directors. Thank you for this information! Hopefully I get my call soon, I’m getting antsy haha.

Yes, the nursing recruiter Ms. Lorelei Rivers said this was the "Final Round" which was surprising since the first round was postponed. Maybe they're trying a different format this cycle.

Best of luck with interviews!
I am interviewing and I did include a cover letter that was attached to my resume file. But I have heard from multiple sources (including from the ECH new grad recruiter herself) not to include a cover letter and to follow the instructions exactly. Nothing less, nothing more!

I just interviewed and during the application process, I did not include a cover letter like the instructions specified.
