Congrats everyone! Hi Katie - nice to meet you, my name is Crystal. Unfortunately I don't have a facebook account.

I turned in my paperwork and I have signed up for my Certified Profile account online. I doubt I would ever find my vaccine records so I'm just going to get the titers. I went to Amazon and added all of the books to my cart just to see the total - it's almost $800!

I really need to start researching scholarships, grants and loans. Anyone have any advice??

Get used books off amazon or wait until the senior class graduates and buy used books off of them. You won't need all the books at the start of the program. Apply for all nursing related scholarships via Stars....EFSC has many scholarships dedicated to nursing students. Get a letter of recommendation from your clinical instructor after you do your 1st semester rotations. Take the Davis drug guide, scratch off the code and use the online website for help doing your med cards- you'll do 100+ med cards throughout the program so get fast and efficient at them. Just focus on one semester at a time...don't try to prepare for the entire program. And don't focus on what everyone else is doing in the program- you're own success is key. Good luck.

Hi FLRNSTUDENT !

No, unfortunately EFSC does not have either. UCF has both tho - UCF has a campus in Orlando and a branch campus on EFSC in Cocoa.
