Anyone here who graduated from Lyceum of the Philippines University Batangas?

I've been filling up the online application on my BreEZe account and on the educational history part, I noticed that my school has 2 names and 2 registration. I'm not sure which one I should select. I'd appreciate any advice from anyone who have undergone the process. You may check the attached file I added. Thank you in advance!
