Hello,
I'm new to the site and tried to look around for this information, but have yet to find it. I'm looking into getting my masters degree and am torn between getting my MSN in nursing leadership or education. I don't know many people in person who have either degree and I'm looking for insight into the pros and cons from those who know the fields and the opportunities each have. I am open to either, so any helpful input is really appreciated.
Thank you,
Michele

Well, what do you want to do in your career? Are you more interested in teaching or managing?? My advice would be to figure out what you want to do professionally, and that will guide you to which concentration will better serve your needs and interests.

Yes, what are your goals, both short and long term?
If neither leadership nor education really fit your goals, there are other possible MSN options out there. Leadership and Education are the most widely available programs, but there are others if you look.
