Congratulations on setting up some ambitious goals for yourself.

Unfortunately, most pct/cna programs are intended to prepare you for successful certification - they do not result in an actual degree. In order to enter any of the fields you have listed, you will need a degree. So you will need to enroll in a college program and take courses that are required for that type of degree. Teaching requires a bachelor's degree along with some educational preparation courses & student teaching experience - check with your state to get details on the specific requirements because some of them also require you to pass a state board exam. In order to become a nurse, you will have to complete a degree program (Associates, Bachelor's, etc) & also pass a licensure exam.

So, you can see that it will take a while to achieve your goals, but it will be well worth it in the long run!
