I interviewed for ECU's CRNA program in June and recieved a letter stating that they strongly encouraged me to Reapply for Jan 2009 after taking some science courses ie. Chemistry and A&P, which is suprising, being that my first degree is in chemistry. Are there any ECU students or others that recieved similar letters out there that can tell me what taking these classes will do for me next year when I reapply? Is it a guaranteed in or what? Thanks for any help/advise.

If you have taken all the way up to biochem in your chemistry major and have at least a B, I would think that would be okay.
You may want to take a grad level physiology course (think 2 people in my class have done this) This will prove that you can handle grad-level courses.
May also want to start taking the MSN core courses, nursing theory, law & policy. I know that this is highly suggested.
