EC credits/tuition reimbursement question

Published

Well, I passed my first test last Monday and now I am turning in my paperwork at work for tuition reimbursement...however, I only have the Pearson Vue printout with my grade on it and a sheet I had printed off myEC (Exam registration status and exam scores) that has my grade on it as well, BUT it says 3 hours and my work says I have to have something that says how many CREDITS were awarded with my letter grade. I tried looking around the EC website and thought maybe it would be under Course registration status and Completion, but there is nothing there AND if there was it says "hours" as well, vs "credits".

Can somebody help me? I would call EC but it is the weekend and I have to have this turned in by Monday in order to be reimbursed this week. Thanks in advance!

When I did my reimbursment I made my own "print out". I cut/past the course decription and wrote out the rest i.e. letter grade and 3 credit hours and cost. You could trying calling EC, maybe they have something they can send you.

Thank You very much! I may need to do that too and I will for sure call EC on Monday

Thanks again Ivanh3. I printed off a bunch of info (receipts for tests, course overview, grade received, etc...) put it all together, resubmitted it today and was told that it was exactly all the info they needed this time...It was approved and will be on my check on this Thursday. Thanks for your help
