I have been accepted into East Tennessee State University and King College, I am now trying to decide where I should go!! I know ETSU is a lot cheaper, but money luckily is not an issue. Does anyone have any info on ETSU and King's nursing programs? I want to go to the "best" one as I would like to have a job when I graduate. Do employers look at you any different if you graduated from King vs ETSU? Which program is better and why? Does anyone know the pass/fail percentage for each college? Which college prepares you more for the work force? Any information would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks everyone!
anyone have any input??

Congratulations on your acceptance to both programs. They are both great programs.
I moved your thread to TN Nursing Programs where some current and past students will be more likely to see and respond to it.
Good luck with your decision.

Hello, I am a graduate of King College (BSN '08) and currently a MSN/FNP student at ETSU. Both schools are wonderful, I highly recommend them both. ETSU no longer provides the MSN/FNP as it has become a DNP program. I graduate in December 2012 (very happy!) and my class is the last class to graduate with the MSN/FNP. The Tenn. RODP still has the online MSN/FNP classes, but I would recommend on ground classes. If you are wanting a DNP/FNP ETSU is the way to go. King's MSN/FNP is new, however I haven't heard anything positive or negative about the program. I do know that King has wonderful instructors, as does ETSU, and would be a great place to get your MSN/FNP. I pray that helped. God bless!

Which one did you decide on? I am applying to King, ETSU, LMU and Carson Newman for FNP program.
Thanks
