early adoptation to hypoxia

Please help!!! :)) the question is:

Nurse assessing client with a respiratory problems. Which is the most reflective of early adoptation to hypoxia?

Answers : a) apnea; b) cyanosis; c) restlessness; d) dysrhymias

I know a and d is not an answer but can't deside between B AND C..

so, basically you want to look at the cascade of events that occur when someone is deprived of oxygen and how the body responds and adapts.

the first symptom is dyspnea. signs of this are cyanosis, tachycardia (which is not a dysrhythmia), and tachypnea (rapid breathing).

i would say the answer is b - cyanosis.

Thanks. I assumed restlessness is more likely the answer because the question was for EARLY ADOPTATION, and i thought that cyanosis is not early sign.
