Duke vs UNC vs WakeMed

Hello! I would love some insight on the difference in pay, benefits, tuition reimbursement, etc. between Duke, UNC, and WakeMed! I'm going to be a new grad nurse soon and would love any insight!

They are all about the same. There are some minor differences, but nothing significant. 

Because of Covid, there is a lot "grass is greener" movement going on, but it is pretty much the same everywhere. We are all tired and tired of Covid. ❤️

I'm a new grad as well! I've received offers from 2/3 of the hospitals, as far as new grad pay Duke and UNC are fairly close. Duke being 26.00 and UNC being 27.25. I've interviewed at WakeMed and have yet to hear anything back so I'm not 100% sure about their pay but I have one classmate that was offered 25.00 and one that was offered 26.00 with several years of LPN experience. I've worked at Duke for about 4 yrs and their benefits are great. Good luck with everything!
