Duke CRNA Fall 2017

Published

Hello all! I am in the process of applying to Duke's CRNA program for fall 2017. Is anyone else working on their application for this cohort?

PM me of you hear anything! I don't think I can send messages. Hopefully we both get pulled from the waitlist :)

I can't send messages either! I'll have to figure out how to PM you on here! Yes, can't wait until we are both pulled off of the waitlist!!!

Anyone pulled off waitlist?

Not that I have heard! I want to call and ask but I feel like I have thoroughly annoyed them already haha

Haha! I'm sure I have too! Oh well, they need to take me off the waitlist if they don't want to be annoyed!! I want to call too!!! This is soooo painful waiting.

Has anyone that applied to start August 2017 been accepted or are we all still on the waitlist?

E Class, in response to your question - I am one of the students that will be starting in the fall. Also, several emails have been sent out to all the accepted students, 25 in counting. I guess none of them have been active on this site to respond. I just now created an account. Never give up hope, you never know what can happen.

I'm also one of the students starting at Duke in the fall. Like rocketgirl said don't give up hope, keep trying!

@rocketgirl congratulations! how's everything coming along especially accommodation. Do you know if there's a facebook page yet? Thanks!

Hi everyone! Congratulations on getting in to Duke CRNA program, that's so incredible!! I've been asked to interview for the 2018 program. I'm curious to know how competitive Duke's Financial Aid package was both in general and in comparison to other schools you got into? Thanks for all your help :)

I am in the same boat as tofu-tofu and will be interviewing next month for the August 2018 class as well. Curious to know the answer to his questions if any could shed some light. Also, I've read that Duke's interview is more personality-based, but could any current students recall a few questions they were asked, so as to give at least a general idea of what to expect?

Any tips are appreciated! Thanks in advance!
