2015 Duke BSN to DNP

Specialties Doctoral

Decided to start this thread to see if anyone had any idea when Duke would be notifying applicants about interviews?

I don't know when they will contact us for interviews, but ***** ****** of Duke told me that "Interviews for the fall 2015 are scheduled to take place around the end of January. Final admission decisions will be sent out around mid-late March."

Thanks! I really like their program and I hope that I get in! I know that for the last round of applicants they had 170 applicants and only 45 spots, so fingers crossed!

Hello!

Did you get an interview for Duke DNP? I was offered the interview and will have it this week via skype. Just nervous on what they'll ask.

Hope we'll get accepted! :nailbiting:

I haven't recieved a call or email trying to set up an interview. I got accepted into two other programs, but am still waiting to hear from Duke and Vanderbilt. When and how were you notified from Duke? Also did you apply to the DNP portion with the DNP portfolio?

I'm interviewing Wednesday morning. Very exciting!

When were you notified by Duke and how were you notified? I haven't heard anything yet.

The notifications went out around 10 days ago, I believe. (I'm a FNP-DNP applicant.) I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Was there an email sent or was it a phone call? Well I'll wait and see if there is really bad news or just a delay. I've been accepted into two other programs, so at least I know that I'll be starting a DNP program in MAY :)

People got emails, then had to register for an interview slot.
