What DSL or Hi speed internet services do you use? I'm currently w/sbc yahoo dsl but they can never get my bill right. I called to disconnect & they are trying to charge me a $200 disconnection fee for early termination. They offered to change my service in January to some up grade so now I'm stuck until Jan. I'm considering paying the fee to get away from those jerks. Is anyone with AOL? How do you like them? I called about the satelite DSL but it's expensive.

I'm very pleased with Verizon and MSN---my monthly phone service is also part of my package so I pay one bill for all 3----IN my experience MSN's tech service is way better then AOL EVER was....I looked into datelite through my direct tv-it is was expensive and when they weather is bad the sat signal goes and this is pretty frequnet at certain times of the yr........what happens if you are in the middle of downloading something-do you loose it? I had no trouble at all hooking myself up-the whole thing was very computer dummy friendly......

I work for Sprint, used their DSL service for 3 years, powered by Earthlink with no problems. Changed to Comcast, thru our local cable service due to faster speeds at a cheaper rate and have had no problems with them either.

Just watch, the next time you choose a provider, make sure what the time commitment is. Sprint asks you to sign up for a year commitment to receive a lower price, and if you disconnect b4 the end of that year, it's a $99 early termination fee. I'm not sure what Comcast is though.
