I live in louisiana. LPN, active license. I have DWI charges (board is aware) to be wiped after the diversion program next Monday 2/3. License renewal deadline 1/31. I do not want to disclose I'm in a diversion program to my record, especially since it will be expunged and I finish the program days later. Will they inactive my license for investigation? Put it on hold? I'm not working as a nurse with any of this going on. Would it be smart to just pay the late fee and reactivate? I've worked so hard struggling financially last year to stay afloat. I want my life back as soon as possible but I don't want to get my hopes up.
