Anything I can get my hands on ! I know nothing about conversions yet. Thanks !
One of the books I've used was "Nursing Math Simplified" by Susan Garner Moore. It's a small, very concise book and explains how to do pretty much anything you would need to know. It is also one of the only books I've seen that gives some visual aids for remembering conversion factors.
Definitely check out the websites that Kellygirl suggested. There are lots of great free resources available. No sense in spending money if what you need is available online.
