I recently submitted my application to the Spring 2013 class. Lookin for some info from anyone currently enrolled in Drexel ACE program...
What is a typical day/week like in regards to class room hours, clinical hours, etc.?
Are all classes on the Race & Vine/Hannehman Campus?
Where do clinicals take place?
Any train commuters from the radnor area?
Thank you!

I am also hoping to receive some information! I don't know about you, but I really do not know much about the program in general, including where the classes are held! Eekk!
I was accepted, and sent my deposit in! I met with an advisor a few weeks ago.
The classes are held at the Hahnemann/center city campus. It is apparently much safer than the main campus. There is a shuttle that runs between each campus.
You vary from 1 or 2 class days per week to 4 class days per week depending on quarter. First quarter you have more class days than clinicals. As you progress, your clinical days increase.
Clinicals are held in and out of the city. Most students car pool. to clinical sites. You are either am shift (6:30- ~1:30/2pm) or PM shift (@ pm- ~7:30pm) so you are never at a clinical site too late.
Hope this helps! Did you apply for SPring 2013 also?
Thank you! That helps a lot! Yes i did apply for Spring 2013. I still have to set up a visit so I can get my bearings, as I will be commuting by train from West Chester, PA. Do you know when we would schedule classes and clinicals? And are you going to the Orientation?
I dont know when we will get our schedule. I believe orientation is very close to the start of classes, and yes I will be attending. I believe its mandatory. I thought we were supposed to receive a packet from the nursing department detailing our to-do list, i.e. vaccinations, background checks needed etc. I havent received anything yet, just a welcome packet from Drexel. Have you sent your deposit in yet?
Yes I already submitted my deposit. I will let you know if i find out anything more!
