Double Bagging???

:typingOkay so...I just started nursing school yesterday 9/4 and I have heard the term double bagging a couple of times. I didn't get a chance to ask what it was and now I am going through one of my assignments and need to know what it is or what it means. I can't find it anywhere in my books...Please Help Me!
