help!!!

i have a paper due this friday and i am stuck!!!! i have to write about dorothea orem and i am stuck on what else to talk about! i have searched and searched for a simple explanation of her self-care deficit theory but all i keep finding are these llloooooonnnnnggggg drawn out explanations, i need a broke down easy to understand explanation. can anyone please help!!!!!

see the appendix of a copy of taber's cyclopedic medical dictionary. there is a section that has a synopsis of the theorems of the major nursing theorists. orem's self-care framework takes up almost two full pages. my copy of the dictionary was printed in 1997.
