DON/ADMINISTRATOR for home health

I was recently promoted as DON for our home health agency in california since our DON resigned. i need help in looking for a consultant that can train me with DON and administrator's job duties.i am pretty ok clinically, i just need to learn administration stuff. our current administrator is the owner and she doesn't have that much knowledge too.

5. Look at publications: Home Healthcare Nurse and Caring Magazine
