Anyone applying to Dominican University of California for their BSN? When do we send in transcripts? Is it after we submit our application or before?

I am part of a facebook group for nursing students in California, I talked to a girl that applied to Dominican, she answered:

"I called the admissions office and they said decisions are being sent out next week"

very frustrating all this waiting.

That’s so weird Bc some people got notifications that they got into the waitlist. I wonder what’s taking them so long
