Does TPAPN ever grant early dismissal?

Good evening fellow amazing nurses! I was wondering if TPAPN in Texas ever granted early dismissals from the program and if so how to go about it? I will have to do 3 years for testing positive for alcohol but was deemed to not have an addiction with alcohol after being evaluated by a psychiatrist. Any insights into this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I found this on the BON site. You can also look at the meeting minutes and see if anyone was granted early dismissal (they rarely are). You go to "meeting minutes" and then I clicked on "eligibility and disciplinary committee report". The meeting minutes actually have a lot of interesting things, like how many drug tests were given that quarter, how many were pos, etc
