Hello everyone....I recently accepted a school RN position in IL. I’m not certified and very new to school nursing. After completing and submitting new hire paperwork, I was told by administration that I will not be under contract. I was under the impression that I would sign a contract, similar to if not the same contract for teachers. Can anyone clarify for me? Is it better to be under a contract? Thanks!
