Does a error made by a Medtech affect me?

I work 3-11 at a assistant living facility. I'm the only nurse on my shift and I always work with two medtechs. We hired a new medtech and she has made plenty of med errors. She is constantly out of perimeter (gave 4pm made at 6) because she is very slow. All of the meds in the cart were all mixed up. I have yet to work with her, but my question is, will it all fall back on me if she messes up? Will my license be at jeopardy? Thanks.
