Does erie community college accept low gpa lpns?

My gpa is 2.88 now. Nothing I do will bring it up higher significantly. I did really bad on 2 of my RN classes last year so that has dragged my gpa down. I also have a few C's. I'm doing the lpn program at trocaire and I was thinking about repeating courses to boost my gpa once I finish the lpn program. Can I repeat courses at ECC and will that replace my grades here at trocaire? For example, I got a C in english here at trocaire. Can I repeat it at ECC to boost my gpa? Is it required for me to repeat courses to get accepted. I thought having my lpn put me at the top of the waiting list.
