Does anyone have skills checklists?

I am trying to find skills checklists for catheter irrigation, g-tube feedings et nebulizer tx's. Does anyone have anything I could use? I need them to train et sign off med aides with. I have ones for administration of rectal suppository, eye drops, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I have a skills check off that came with my book. I have administering Tube feeding and Irrigating catheter using the closed system and giving continuous bladder irrigation. I don't know how I would get them to you. Where are you located at. let me know What you think.

"Modules for Basic Nursing Skills" by Ellis, Nowlis and Bentz has excellent skills checklists. It is a great resource for skills in general. It is concise and procides excellent rationales for students.
