Is this a grey area?
I was just wondering if a Staffing Agency can place you full time with an Employer while having direct supervision.
I don't really Understand why this would not be allowed since you would be working Full time at the Employer.
Im guessing it would not be allowed?
Also what is Against Privilege to Practice? Are you allowed to practice with an actual Revoke? Or does that have something to do with the multistate practice? I have no idea?
Also I asked on Avvo and about using an Attorney to get Hired somewhere.
The Attorney Lady said "yes" that is for sure possible. Im thinking of taking any future coronavirus money and asking every attorney in Texas if they will take it to hire me on.... Thats about all I have figured out at this point.

I know in my monitoring agreement there is a restriction that states I can not work for a staffing agency, hospice, assisted living or float pool. I'm guessing due to lack of supervision. I'm having a hell of a time trying to find a job right now and I have a petition before the board to remove my direct supervision requirement. I worked for 2 years with it and was lucky to get a job right away but I left my last job in Sept due to horrible management and I've been screwed ever since. I had excellent work reports for 2 continuous years so my lawyer and I submitted the request based on that. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will take it off. I have a couple interviews set up next week but not holding my breath. I hope you find something soon!
