Hi I was looking up volunteering at doctors without borders, I don't have the experience that they want ( 3 years ), do you know if you have to have that kind of experience to volunteer? I went to RN BSN school.

Following. I'd be interested too. Last time I poked around their website, it seemed they were most interested in RNs with training/management experience (to run a vaccination program, for instance). It's been a dream of mine to work abroad but I probably won't be qualified until I'm near retirement lol

According to their website, you need to have 2 years of experience, experience in management or supervision and 9-12 months of availability. They don't do short term volunteer placements where you go somewhere for a week or 2. Their staff are also not volunteers but paid field staff.
