In our Health Promotion class we're asked to research a health promotion intervention and I'm wondering if working nurses have time to educate their patients about complimentary therapies? In particular I'm interested in using meditation to help reduce stress and anxiety in patients. Any one out there actively using such an intervention?
I don't use a lot of meditation but do use reflexology and aroma therapy, some herbs too.
