So i got my cna license in new york state a few years back, and recently moved to florida where i had to get my license transfered. But now i have to go back to new york I looked to see if maybe i was still registred with new york state and i am.My question is do i have to go through the process of getting my license transfered again or can i just request a copy of my new york state license and how much will that be?

I think you should probably email or call the NY licensing people and ask. Hopefully they can just renew you without too much fuss!

Here is a link to prometric and there is a customer service number on the page and they'd be able to answer your question. Normally, you would just fill out a reciprocity request back to NY.
