I'm at my junior college taking pre-reqs and I didn't know if SAT scores were a factor for any nursing schools, so I took them just in case. I got 1670, not great but I'm not sure it even matters. Anyone know?

It varies by school. I think most programs that require you to complete prerequisites before entering the program don't require SAT or ACT scores. However, those programs that admit students directly into the nursing program with no prerequisites may require them.

It depends on the school. If you were coming directly out of high school and applying to a four year college that has a nursing program then they would probably look at your SAT score. But keep in mind that most 4 year colleges that have nursing programs require you to apply to that separately so admission to the college does not mean you've been admitted to the nursing program. To get admission to the nursing program you would have to complete their list of prereqs that may or may not involve a nursing school entrance exam such as TEAS, HESI,or NET. So to answer your question your SAT score might get you into a school that has a nursing program but may not be considered when you apply to the program itself.
