Do you know how to multitask?
How can I not procrastinate?
I have a problem in finishing my review for the IELTS exam. I have been meaning to take the test 2 years ago. But I couldn't seem to find the time to review. I work 8 hours a day, 5 times a week. I have responsibilities at home since I'm the eldest of all. I am a self-confessed addict to social media and to sending SMS.
HELP. I am I dire need of suggestions so that I can start setting my priorities.
I couldn't seem to find my motivation as well..

Sounds like the easiest way to set aside time to review would be to restrict your time on social media. Set a few hours each day where you turn off the computer (or if you need the computer for the review, restrict internet access) and turn off the phone. Let your family know that this is study time and you should not be interrupted unless there is an emergency. You may also need to sit your family down and tell them that you need help with your current responsibilities as reviewing for and taking this test is essential and that they will all need to accept a bit more responsibility. A strong support system and dedicated study time are needed.
