 I am a Wisconsin Permanent Resident.. I am just confuse, if i still have to take the TOEFEL (I studied Nursing in the Philippines and we use English as medium of communication and learning) & CGFNS exams(or just apply for a CES course by course report in CGFNS) to take the NCLEX-RN here in Wisconsin? PLease help..:nurse:

You really need to check with the BON themselves, generally I have seen PR still have to take the English exam if it is a requirement by the BON despite already being a PR in the US. They may make an exception if you have worked for x amount of months in the US already but they are the ones to make that decision

thanks much.. I have another question.. I already applied for CES report & TOEFL ibt test requirements in Wisconsin to take my NCLEX-PN. I want to take the NCLEX-RN in the future. Do I need to reapply for the credentials again including the CGFNS exam? or would they use my credentials report & they will just charge me for the CGFNS exam?

That is something you need to check with the BON
