Hi I'm a mommy to be and extremely interested in the vocational nursing program at hcc......I recently went to visit a counselor but she really didn't help me much. I have completed a&p 1 already and nutrition, I just need to complete a&p2. I'm wondering will i be able to still apply to the program if I plan on taking this class in summer school? I have over 41 hrs towards my bsn but I really want to start working soon for my little bundle :bby: on the way, so idk where to start kinda. Also I'm wondering if the TEAS test is required? Every time I try to speak to a counselor they instruct me to go to an information session :hdvwl: the due date for the application is June 1st and summer session starts in June, so idk somebody help please!!!!!Or any other school choices would be nice too!

You probably need to attend the info session. They will be able to answer all of your questions.

I'd talk to someone in the nursing department. Normally there's a secretary or someone who can help. You probably should attend the nursing info session.
No guarantee, but most of the time you need to have pre-reqs done before starting the program (otherwise it'd be a coreq).
I'd also considering posting in your state's forum (there's probably a section just for students), and specifying what HCC you go to. I know of at least 3 off the top of my head, all in different states.
