No. Some people feel like if you go to an interview you deserve the phone call, but that is not a rule.
If they haven't call you, call them tomorrow. If you are lucky to get a person, ask for any feedback on how you did during the interview. If they tell you the truth, take it as a learning experience and move on.
Good luck!
Well I was wondering about the email thing because I aplpied for some secretarial thing within the same system..never interviewed for it and got a sorry you werent chosen email. I havent received an email for this position yet, so we will see. I ended up calling there at like 3pm and think they closed at 330...,and got her voicemail. I called the women who gave me her card, and told me to call Wednesday if I dont hear anything, so I guess Ill call tomorrow. OOOH its so nerve racking. I will be kinda surprised if I dont get it, because they werent looking for any experience and I have a medical related degree...also felt it went well. Do you think I have a chance? By the way, I guess the nursing managers usually do the interviewing but the women in HR did bc I guess they have been busy. So, who actually does the hiring?

So Im getting nervous. I thought my interview went well last Wednesday, but still havent heard anything. They said they would be hiring people by early this week, and if I dont hear anything by Wednesday (which is tomorrow) to call them. If anyone has applied to a hospital..if they dont choose you do you usually get an email saying so?
