Do you have to be full time to receive housing benefits for travel nursing?
Also, how do you know how to locate reputable travel nursing agencies? Is there a website that lists them?
Are there any stipulations with working a regular hospital job and a travel nursing job in a different/somewhat close location?
Thanks!

Travel contracts are full time. All your pay comes out of a fixed bill rate. If you work fewer hours, you get paid less. That includes housing. Contracts have a claw back provision to get those costs repaid by you since you haven't worked the contractual hours.
You are going to have to do your own homework on what agency or agencies you want to use. There are close to 400 of them, and each one has long term travelers who recommend them highly.
Some hospitals do not allow "local" travelers, sometimes defined as some distance like a 50 to 200 miles radius. No list, but the agency will tell you. Sometimes it is possible to skirt local rules by listing a distant address, but then you have to keep up the lie for 8/12 hours a day at work when people ask you where you are from and where you are staying.
