When I work extra shifts on my days off janitors, and even patients tell me I work so much. Not that its their business but I feel like its bad if that is the case. I also feel burnt out when its like I have my own parking spot and such etc...

I haven't felt like I live at work, although there are many weeks that I've worked 50-60 hours and have been there a lot. But, I only do that when I know that there's a need and I feel like can handle it physically and emotionally. I spend my time at home doing things I love and spending time with people that are important to me. That gives me the energy to be able to spend the hours at work without getting exhausted (usually). Take care of yourself, no one else is going to look out for you.
