I'm taking the TEAS on December 21 for the first time so I can't give guidance pertaining to how the actual exam was.
But, I really recommend watching Bozeman science videos on YouTube for the systems of the body.
He does a great job of explaining and it usually coincides very well with the ATI manual.
That being said, I recommend getting the manual immediately.
It will tell you all the topics you need to study - though it doesn't go in depth on every topic so you need to study those on your own.
Since you only have a limited time to study, I suggest finding your weakest subject and studying that the most.
For instance, I find the math to be very easy - yet the science I was lacking.
A lot of math and reading can be figured out through common sense that science, atleast for me, simply cannot.
For the science as well, I recommend KhanAcademy's website. They have quizzes over the individual system and I learned a lot that way.

Get a study guide as soon as possible. Try to get one with practice tests, and take one of the tests immediately. Use that to figure out where your weak point are. Or buy one of the ATI practice tests from their website, which will tell you what types of questions you missed at the end.
Then spend as much time studying those weak areas as you can in the week you have. Crash Course for A&P is also a good overview. Khan Academy has a math and English/grammar section. I definitely recommend reviewing some grammar rules since there aren't a lot of English questions.
