DNP Project site needed ASAP

I am a Doctoral Student (DNP - concentration Informatics Leadership) at American Sentinel University.

I am in dire need of a site to conduct my DNP Project.
I need a multi-office ambulatory clinic, home health or hospice organization that has at least two offices. Each office must have at least 50 clinicians (any combination of RN, LPN/LVN, SN, HHA, CNA, MA, PT, OT, MSW, etc) who use the electronic documentation system. The ambulatory clinics, HH or hospice organization can be located anywhere in the US as the project can be accomplished virtually. I need to conduct my quality improvement project during late November or December of this year - 2019.

I can provide additional details and answer any question anyone may have as I have passed my deadline with ASU and am currently in a holding pattern and unable to proceed with the program. Please feel free to pass my request on to anyone you think would be able to provide me with a project site or facilitate same.
