disturbed sleep care plan

Hi all, I am new here and just have a question on what goals could be for a patient who is hospitalized with pyelonephritis who is not able to sleep while there? I have a lot of interventions but for some reason I always struggle with the goals! Thanks!

goals are related to and linked with the nursing interventions you are going to write. what is the nursing diagnosis you are using and the patient's symptoms (defining characteristics) that are evidence of his inability to sleep? what interventions did you have in mind? goals either address the patient's symptoms of the problem or the cause (etiology) of the nursing problem (the nursing diagnosis) and they accomplish one of three things:

• improve the symptom/problem
  
• stabilize the symptom/problem
  
• support the symptom/problem
