Distance learning systems

Hi! I would like to know if anyone here has had any issues with distance learning systems in Greenwood, IN and how did they turn out. I have read many bad reviews about the school and the company "Jena Mae" where they finance you through. The issue I had is that I sent them a letter for withdrawal within the 3 day cancellation period to withdraw 2 years ago. Now today they have sent me a collection letter saying they placed my loan up for collection. It's all a big circle. The school owns the loan company and the loan company owns the collection agency. I have seen some people on here saying that they even tried to sue them for not paying! If anyone has any information on their situation or what happened to them please let me know!     Hopefully you received or saved proof that you cancelled. You might want to consider consulting a lawyer, as this is a contractual and legal matter. Unfortunately per the website Terms of Service (TOS), legal advice cannot be provided in the forums. Best of luck!

    I signed up 6 years ago, they didn't have the classroom classes like they said they would. Then my computer crashed. Would not let me out of contract. Paid through Jena Mae, so stuck to pay. Paid...might start classes this summer....my kids are older...they might want to do some classes with me!
