Disciplined RN license, cannot get travel job

I have a consent agreement on my license and the matter has been resolved since 2020. I now have active license with compact privileges,  I recently finished 2 years of experience at hospital on med surg floor,  I started putting in for travel jobs and keep getting turned down, I even wrote a statement to attach when applying,  any advice?

When you get rejected, are you given any feedback as to why? 
Are you also able to reach out to the HR rep and ask for any feedback if so?
